Free Shipping

Free UPS ground shipping available on most artwork within the lower 48, for expedited and international shipping, additional charges will apply.

 

Exceptions

• Free Shipping is not available on some original pieces or sold out limited editions.

• Free Shipping is only available for pieces currently in production by an individual artist.

• Free Shipping from the artist studio will be shipped using UPS Ground service. If the item you’ve purchased isn’t currently in stock you may have to wait up to 30 days for your piece to be produced. Customers needing immediate delivery can purchase expedited shipping options with no wait.

• Free shipping is not available on layaways

 

Shipping Within the United States

 Silver Queen Fine Art exclusively ships using UPS unless otherwise requested.

•  All shipments are insured for their full retail value

• Rolled canvas’ shipped direct from the artists studio constitutes FREE Shipping

• Framed artwork shipped from the Silver Queen will not exceed $300.00

 

Shipping outside the United States

• Worldwide shipping is available upon request.  When requesting shipping quotes, please give us a complete mailing address, phone number and email address. This will help us get an accurate shipping cost.

 

Duties & Taxes  

• Silver Queen Fine Art complies with all US taxes.  World wide shipping may incur additional duties and taxes assessed by your country's customs agents.  The gallery is not responsible for any of these additional charges.  To ensure your shipment reaches its destination in good condition we must value the artwork at its full retail value.  Any of these guidelines may be modified as long as agreed and signed in writing previous to shipping departure.  Contact the gallery for any further questions or concerns.

 

Returns

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery at purchaser's destination
• Returns made after 14 days are for store credit only
• Artwork must remain in the condition that it was received, damaged artwork cannot be returned/exchanged
• Any disagreements as to the terms and conditions of this sale must be made within 14 days of the agreement date
